Who is John Tsioris?
John Tsioris is a Greek entrepreneur renowned for co-founding Instashop, a Dubai-based grocery delivery platform established in 2015 with Ioanna Angelidaki. The company quickly scaled across the Middle East, attracting half a million active users by 2020. In a major milestone, Delivery Hero acquired Instashop for approximately $360 million.
Educated in Production Engineering at the Technical University of Crete and holding an MSc in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Tsioris began his career at Philips, where he led global competitive intelligence and built a marketing intelligence department.
