Antonis Despotakis, Chief Technology Officer, having worked for a number of years as a web application developer, is responsible for defining and managing the company’s technology plan, product ownership, the formation and management of technology and product teams as well as and defining the product strategy.

Before Prosperty, Antonis worked as a Freelance Web Developer & Technical Project Manager, collaborating with major brands in e-commerce, sports betting, and telecoms. He also served as a Front-End Web Developer Consultant for Upstream S.A., specializing in Drupal 8, Javascript, Bootstrap, LESS, and Git. Earlier in his career, Antonis held lead web developer positions at Sporting Affiliates Ltd. and Rascal. He also has experience as a web applications analyst-developer at Intralot, a web developer as an independent freelancer, and as a software engineer at IBM and MiniSystems S.A.

Antonis Despotakis completed his education with a BSC in Information Technology from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Antonis attended this institution from 1999 to 2004. Later, in 2004-2005, they pursued an MSC in Electronic Business Management from the University of Warwick.
